  • The Programmes Volunteer role is an opportunity for individuals to develop their career and pursue their interest in International Development. This placement involves working within an international organisation that is running large scale programmes across the globe. Successful applicants will work closely alongside our local partners and teams on the ground to support our in-country programmes.

  • Due to the dynamic pace of programmes, we encourage interested applicants to get in touch to discuss the skills you can bring to the table and the current opportunities with our teams. We will then work to place you where you are most needed, and where your skills can be utilised effectively.


  • Evidence of significant professional and/or educational experience with a relevant and transferable skill set

  • Keen interest in understanding and contributing to the Development Sector

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional and diligent in presentation and conduct

  • Independent and capable of proactive work plan management with minimal support

  • Flexible, adaptable and able to thrive in a startup environment

  • Thoughtful, resourceful, reflective, and eager to learn

  • Culturally responsive and respectful
